Lana Stalnaya - the artist, the author of the series of figurative paintings about the life of the human body and soul, the path, the overcoming and joy. Within the frame of her works she is exploring the matter of fate and predestination. Each her work is the hypothesis, the attempt to make the majestic religious symbols familiar to us, to make them the warm, understanding helpers for us.

Lana was born in Moscow in 1987, where she's currently working in her own studio. Initially, Lana graduated as the industrial designer. In 2016 she signed the contract with the creative group MALET Art & Design Solutions in London. There in London she continued to study the contemporary art at Sotheby’s Institute of Art. Since 2018, Lana has totally focused on being the artist.

In 2022 Lana won the medal place for her project "The Unconsciousness" in the Superioritas competition held in Milan. In 2023 she hold the large solo exhibition "The Other Shore" at the Erarta Museum in St. Petersburg. The exhibition featured with 34 canvases from three series – "Look at me", "The Other Shore" and "The Signal Systems". Her works are currently placed in the private collections in Russia, United Kingdom, America, Austria, Germany and on the African continent.
